Paul Goyette is the EVP of Culture and Global Performance at Eagle’s Flight. Freely translated… Paul works with organizations to realize their organizational culture through employee engagement and leadership influence. He has been a part of many of the large multinational organizations that Eagle’s Flight works with as an Executive-in-Charge, facilitator, developer of content and “chief relationship guy.” When not working, Paul enjoys jogging through the streets of Toronto with his dogs, watching documentaries with his wife, and cooking for his kids (when they are home).
